English over a cup of tea

The new format - watching and discussing a short film over tea and cookies - as part of the "Five-o'clock tea at the AWC"project was a success.

Yay! The new format - watching and discussing a short film over tea and cookies - as part of the "Five-o'clock tea at the AWC" project was a success:

• "A new format – tea, film, and discussion – is great! Interesting topic for discussion, which involves all participants."

• "I was impressed by a friendly atmosphere of this meeting: an interesting film, an opportunity to practice English, and cookies."
• "I received new information about the topic as well as developed my oral English skills."

On the 16th of November, the participants together with the moderator Yulia Chanturidze practiced speaking skills, argued, and exchanged their views on the roles of women. The meeting was not only useful, but also very warm and comfortable.
